Requirement Description The Canadian Coast Guard requires the services of a Contractor to carry out the decontamination and material recovery of plastic navigational buoys originating from CCG’s Prescott Base and nearbyCardinal MCTS site. The results of this project will inform and refine the plastic material recovery process from scrap buoys in other regions.
