The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for One (1) Psychologist (ProServices 14.7) to support 31 CF Health Services by conducting a confidential workplace climate assessment followed by a facilitated team intervention designed to enhance workplace culture, collaboration, and communication among staff and leadership.
