The Public Service Commission (PSC) has a requirement to obtain Database administrator support services for Oracle and MS SQL Server environments at the PSC for in-operations while adhering to the System Development and Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Change Management Process.
The key objectives are to:
· Improve the PSC’s ability to meet IT projects completion targets.
· Enhance the organization’s ability to respond to new challenges by using a contingent workforce.
· Improve maintenance efficiency.
· Eliminate deprecated technology; and
· Prepare PSC’s infrastructure for the upcoming cloud transformation.
