CFB Borden requires a Contractor to deliver a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) Service Program to its Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (POL) facilities located in Borden, Ontario and to its satellite locations, including CFB Meaford, and armouries located in Barrie and Owen Sound.The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit. The site visit will be held at 16 Ramillies Road, CFB Borden on Thursday, May 28, 2026, beginning at 10:00 am ET, in Borden, Ontario, L0M 1C0.Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Wednesday May 27, 2026 at 12:00 ET to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. There is a maximum of two (2) attendees per Offeror.Amendment 001: Extend posting to June 10, 2026.Amendment 002: Respond to bidders’ questions.
