This solicitation is for the purchase of SolarWinds for the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada.Amendment #01 is raised to:1. publish Canada’s responses to suppliers questions; and2.extend the solicitation period.A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive.
