AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2026-07-28 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide a full-service environmental response contractor to provide 24 hours, 7 days a week emergency on-call support on an “as and when required” basis to Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB), Eastern Ontario. The requirement includes two (2) streams (Stream 1 All Suppliers and Stream 2 Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business). Streams will be evaluated separately, with responsive offers for each stream issued a Standing Offer.
