The objective of this contract is to have a qualified contractor conduct a dive survey and disposal assessment of the sunken Peel River barge, including any equipment and cargo, to determine the vessel's condition and the most appropriate disposal method. The Contractor shall provide cost estimates and methodologies for three (3) viable disposal options.
