PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is initiating a process to prequalify Bidders for Design and Construction services for Place du Portage III Elevator Modernization Project located in Gatineau, Quebec. Interested suppliers are required to respond to this Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). Only Respondents considered by PWGSC to meet the prequalification requirements as defined in this document will be invited to submit Bids for this work during Phase II Request for Proposal (RFP). ENQUIRIES: Enquiries and other communications regarding this procurement must be directed only to the Contracting Authority identified in the bid solicitation through the “Event Messages” tab within CanadaBuys (SAP Ariba). Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the response being declared non-responsive.
