Defence Research and Development Canada, Suffield Research Centre located in Ralston, AB, been developing medical countermeasures against biothreat agents within DRDC Science and Technology program. A better understanding of biothreat agent infection process in mice is mandatory for regulatory authorities to approve these medical countermeasures to be used in humans. We require an in vivo imaging optical imaging cabinet system equipped with micro computed tomography (uCT or microCT or CT) with capability to trace down the biothreat agent infection process.
