The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the fit up of a Ford Transit 250 AWD High Roof, Sliding Side Door van that will be supplied by the RCMP. The vehicle that is the subject of this fit up is located in Chilliwack, BC. It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to arrange and pay for the transport of the van to their up-fit facility and return to Chilliwack, BC. The contract period will be for one year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up one additional six-month periods. The anticipated start date is November 17, 2026 Initial deliverable must be received within 3 months of contract award. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of bids is open only to Canadian suppliers (if subject to any international trade agreement(s) and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner.) This procurement has been conditionally set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). In order to be considered, the Bidder must certify that it qualifies as an Indigenous business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB. If bids from two (2) or more Indigenous businesses are compliant with the terms of the Request for Proposal, the contracting authority will limit the competition to those Indigenous businesses and will not consider bids from any non-Indigenous businesses that may have been submitted.
