The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) intends to enter into a contract with a single contractor to provide Ergonomics services on an “as and when requested” basis including:
1. In-person ergonomics services;
2. Virtual ergonomics services;
3. Subject Matter Expertise Services; and
4. Ergonomics Training Sessions.
The services are for CRA employees located in:
1. Headquarters: National Capital Region, excludes Gatineau
2. Atlantic Region: Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador
3. Ontario Region: Ontario except National Capital Region
4. Western Region: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba
5. Québec Region: includes Gatineau.
This requirement also includes options to extend the contract up to three (3) additional one-year periods under the same conditions.
The period of the resulting contract will be two (2) years from the date of contract award.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price will proceed with the conditions precedent to contract award.
Ergonomic services will be ordered on an as and when requested through SAP Ariba, the CRA’s e-procurement platform for ordering, receiving, and reconciling goods and services (internally branded as Synergy 2.0). Therefore, the successful Contractor must hold an Ariba Network (AN) membership for the period of the contract, including any option period if exercised. Bids will not be accepted if emailed directly to this email address. This email address must be used to request that CRA open a Connect conversation, as detailed in Standard Instructions 2003. Bidders must not use their own licensing agreement for Connect to initiate a Connect conversation with CRA.
The CRA reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Delivery points will be in-person and/or virtual.
