Description
PSPC has a requirement to establish multiple Regional Individual Standing Offers (RISOs) for marine design project work, including inspection, planning and design, and construction support services, on an “as and when requested basis” throughout Newfoundland and Labrador. Number of RISOs: up to 5. Ranking methodology: proportional basis. Duration: 3 years. There is no security requirement. Interim Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation.
