Description
The Department of National Defence is seeking offers from Offerors to provide complete Janitorial Services, that comprises the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, equipment and transportation required for the complete and satisfactory janitorial services to the Department of National Defence in Halifax, NS. The period of the Contract is from April 01, 2026 to March 31, 2028 inclusive, with an option to extend the contract by three (3) additional one (1)-year period. The mandatory site visit will be held on December 04 2025. To attend the site visit, Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 12:00pm on December 03, 2025 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representative. This document contains a Security requirement. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner.
