The Department of Agriculture and Agri Food Canada (AAFC), , requires a Contractor to provide Electrical Services on an “as and when required” basis at Melfort Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada., Research Farm located 3 miles south of Melfort, Sk.
This bid solicitation is to establish a contract with task authorizations (TA) for the delivery of the requirement detailed in the bid solicitation to the Identified Users.
The contract period will be for one year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to three additional one-year periods.

Optional Site Visit
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. An optional site visit will be held at 3 miles south of Melfort on highway 6 on December 16, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m., in Field Laboratory conference room.
