Internal and external communication that informs and engages our audiences and drives business results.  FCC’s Brand team operates as an in-house agency offering the full suite of creative services including (but not limited to) graphics design, video creation, and campaign management. Roughly 2,000 projects each year are supported by this team using an existing workflow management tool. The number of projects being managed in the Platform may grow in the future, depending on business needs. The selected Platform will also be expanded to include projects managed by FCC’s Communications team which delivers employee communication, external communication, media relations, and social media. FCC is seeking a highly intuitive and user-friendly Workflow Management Platform for an estimated 75 users that allows us to effectively and efficiently manage project work across our integrated Brand and Communications teams. The proposed solution must support a hybrid work model, team agility, and real-time collaboration across departments. The platform must include features for customisation, process automation to streamline workflows, and save time. It should also offer capacity management tools and comprehensive reporting capabilities to demonstrate alignment with business objectives. The successful proponent would also assist with any implementation, configuration and/or migration of data from our existing platform.
