All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2026-02-17 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) Dental Programs requires the implementation of an Electronic Dental Records Solution (EDRS). The EDRS must be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS), located in Canada, with a bilingual interface (English and French) that is capable of handling Protected B data.
