AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 23-March-2026 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide and install Kantech access card readers to Indigenous Services Canada. Offerors must provide products that are of the same description, brand name, model and/or part number as detailed in the item description of the solicitation of offers. Canada will not consider substitute products. The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit. The site visit will be held at 100 Anemki Place - Suite 101 Fort William First Nation, ON P7J 1A5 on Wednesday March 11, 2026, beginning at 10:00am, in the lobby. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Friday March 6, 2026 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives.
