Background
The Bank of Canada (the “Bank”) has several spaces, including meeting and conference rooms throughout its various locations that require multimedia support and maintenance of audio-visual (“AV”) equipment and systems.

Objective
The Bank is seeking the conclude an agreement with two (2) service providers that will provide comprehensive multimedia support and maintenance of the Bank’s AV equipment and systems on a time and material basis. This includes maintenance and repairs, replacement of required parts, installations, and reporting services. The successful service provider must be able to offer timely labour and expertise, to meet the Bank’s requirements, as listed within the RFP.
