The requirement under this General Construction Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is to provide general construction services such as installations, alterations, and repairs , on an as-required basis at various federal sites across Yukon, including offices, warehouses, storage facilities, detachments, garages, and residences. The SOA period is two (2) years with one (1) additional twelve-month option, for an estimated total value of $2,520,000 (GST included). The Request For Standing Offer includes two procurement streams: Procurement Set-Aside for Indigenous Business (PSIB) Stream: For businesses at least 51% Indigenous-owned and listed in the Indigenous Business Directory.General Stream: Open to all businesses, including Indigenous businesses not applying under PSIB.Offerors may submit only one stream. Submitting to both will result in a non-responsive bid.
