The NCC wishes to retain the services of a contractor to provide Arboricultural Services on an “as and when requested” basis under a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA).
The NCC is seeking to establish up to up to four (4) SOAs for a period three (3) years, with two (2) option years.
This RFSO includes two (2) separate requirements for Arboricultural Services:
Arboricultural Services in Ontario (Service Group 1); and
Arboricultural Services in Quebec (Service Group 2).
