Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as a consultation initiative to obtain industry feedback on CIPO’s Information Technology (IT) Modernization Phase 3 (ITM3) initiative. This initiative encompasses two workstreams: CIPO Digital Services (CDS) and Intellectual Property Rights Management Services (IPRMS).
