AMENDMENT TO 2023 RFI - AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All responses must be submitted by March 29, 2026 at 2pm EST. All responses submitted after 2PM EST will not be considered. Requirement Description: As a procurement service provider under FCSAP, PSPC is looking to understand the industry’s capacity to meet the demand for services in Phase V.
