Delivery to various locations in Canada on an as-and-when-requested basis from April 1, 2025 up to and including March 31, 2027. This procurement is subject to the Tlicho Land Claims Agreement, the Gwich’in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement, and the Inuvialuit Final Agreement, for deliveries to *Inuvik, NT and *Yellowknife, NT.* where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to and services performed in. This procurement encourages Offerors to submit an Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) as part of their offer. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is committed to promoting the procurement of environmentally preferable plastic products and the reduction of plastic packaging waste. Offerors are required to use environmentally preferable packaging for all packaged goods to be delivered to the end user as part of this procurement.
