AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by APRIL 10, 2026 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer.The Work comprises the provision of, as and when requested, all labour, materials, tools, equipment, expertise, administration, and supervision required to carry out laboratory analysis and testing of Water, Sewage and Soil Samples as detailed in the Statement of Work and as per the call-up against the Standing Offer. Analysis of samples is to commence immediately upon receipt of samples in the laboratory facility and is to be completed within the applicable sample holding time. The analysis laboratory must be a maximum of 300 km from 4 Wing Cold Lake Base. The period for making call-ups against the resulting Standing Offer is from May 15, 2026 to April 30, 2027, with two one-year options.
