Description: Signal, Smoke and Illumination (Marker Manoverboard)
A requirement exists to resupply Canada with the Signal, Smoke and Illumination (Marker Manoverboard). The Signal, Smoke and Illumination (Marker Manoverboard) is a combined day and night signal incorporating a smoke and two electric lights. It is designed for use in marking the position of a man fallen overboard from a ship. It is attached to a Kisbie ring by a means of a line.
Quantity: 1 unit - Inert Cutaway Signal, Smoke and Illumination (Marker Manoverboard) - Delivery to Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD) Bedford, Nova Scotia on or before 01 November 2027.
100 units – Signal, Smoke and Illumination (Marker Manoverboard) - Delivery to Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD) Bedford, Nova Scotia on or before 01 November 2027. 100 units per year – Signal, Smoke and Illumination (Marker Manoverboard) - Delivery to Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD) Bedford, Nova Scotia not before 01 September 2028, 2029, 2030 but no later than 01 November 2028, 2029, 2030.

There are no security requirements associated with this procurement.
2. Controlled Goods
This procurement is not subject to the Controlled Goods Program.
3. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
4. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
5. Barring any other conditions or international sanctions, Canadian Suppliers, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner and Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner, are eligible for this solicitation of offers.
