The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the supply and delivery of toner waste containers and waste toner collectors compatible with existing Xerox AltaLink multifunction devices. This requirement supports ongoing printing operations across all units and detachments within D Division. The requirement includes optional quantities for additional needs.
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2027.
Policy on Reciprocal Procurement:
This solicitation of bids is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner.
This procurement is set aside from all the trade agreements under the provision each has that permits the procurement to be set aside for Indigenous business.
Basis of selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

Environmentally preferable packaging specifications are mandatory requirements in this procurement.
