This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60HN-14AVSl. Only suppliers who are pre-qualified and have been issued a supply arrangement at the time this bid solicitation is issued are eligible to bid.
The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

Description of the Requirement:
The objective of this contract is to procure audiovisual services to support a CRTC hybrid public hearing scheduled to take place on weekdays from Tuesday, January 12, 2027, to Friday, January 22, 2027. Setup activities will occur on Sunday, January 10, 2027, followed by testing and a dry run on Monday, January 11, 2027. The anticipated hearing dates are January 12 to 22, 2027; however, the final number of hearing days will be confirmed in October 2026. For evaluation purposes, suppliers must base their proposals on nine (9) hearing days and two (2) setup days; however, invoicing will be based on the actual number of days confirmed in October 2026.
The hearing will be held at the Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre in Calgary, Alberta.

Debriefings:
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
