All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 30 June 2026 at 2:00pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Summary : The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to modernize the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) at 17 Wing Winnipeg (Building 136). The work includes providing equipment, engineering, project management, fabrication, assembly, software programming, installation, documentation, training, and the warranty of audiovisual systems.
