Operation - Nanook-Tatigiit is a Whole of Government exercise conducted by the Canadian Armed Forces in partnership
with Yukon Emergency Measures Organization. The exercise involves a wide variety of municipal, Indigenous, territorial,
federal, industry partners, and agencies and is designed to test and improve responses to various emergencies or disasters.
The work will involve the following: provide business continuity plans, exercise alternate and backup comms, resilience
plans and facilitate information sharing between emergency response partners with an emphasis on resourcing assistance to
the Department of National Defence.
This solicitation of offers is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s): Ta’an Kwach’an (2002)
First Nation and Kwanlin Dun (2005) First Nation.
There are no security requirements associated with this solicitation of offers.
The basis of selection consists of lowest evaluated price with mandatory technical criteria.
Canada will consider only offers submitted to National Defence, DSPCOS6-DCASSO6@forces.gc.ca. No other submission
method is accepted.
For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed section 17 of the bid solicitation, in
order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
