PWGSC, on behalf of Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) – Valcartier Research Centre (VRC) is issuing this Solicitation of Offers for the design and development of a handheld active thermal infrared (or long-wave infrared – LWIR) spectroradiometer, with size, weight and power consumption allowing comfortable handheld operation, without an external mount, as detailed in Annex Statement of Work.
