Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide an up-to-date national electric vehicle charging infrastructure needs assessment that captures the announced policy/regulation shift (from EVAS to GHG standards), shifts in ZEV market (sales, production/availability of ZEV and EV charging infrastructure), technology, behaviour changes and trends, utilization, as well as other policy changes related to ZEV, including availability of incentives or changes to requirements. This study is to cover both LDV and MHDV ZEV charging infrastructure on a regional level across Canada. This study will also update grid readiness and investment needs, and account for regional needs and extreme temperature sensitivity to Natural Resources Canada.
