W6897-260091, Construction Maintenance Services Standing Offer.Work under this Standing Offer includes all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for the provision of all maintenance and construction of residential and commercially owned Department of National Defense (DND) infrastructure on an " as and when required" basis at the following locations: 1.CFB Suffield, including DND BATUS & DRDC occupied buildings; 2.Village of Ralston;3.CFB Suffield utility & natural gas field locations; 4.Patterson Armories in Medicine Hat,AB.It is anticipated that two firm will be issued the SOA with a split of 60-40 methodology. The period of the Standing Offer will be for 2years with 3 one-year option periods.
