CFIA Calgary Lab Replacement Walk In Freezer And Cooler Work of this Contract comprises the replacement of the cooler and freezer rooms and the demolition of the one cooler room. It is the intent of these specifications to provide for a complete and fully operating system in accordance with all applicable codes. Notwithstanding that the drawings and specifications may not cover each and every item required for the complete works, the general contractor shall be responsible for all labour, materials, tools, equipment and transportation necessary for the complete installation, testing and commissioning of the work on-site and to turn over a fully functional and operational system. See work sequence for detail description of scope of work. There will be a site visit on September 15, 2026 at 10:00AM MDT. Interested bidders are to meet at CFIA Laboratory. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will be rejected.
