Description
Project Description: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires the design of a new outfall for the 1B Hydraulic System mine pool located in Dominion, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued under Heavy Civil Engineering Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368. The invited firms from the Geotechnical discipline for Nova Scotia are Harbourside Geotechnical Consultants, Hatch Ltd., GEMTEC, and AECOM Canada Ltd.
