This Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) is being issued under Supply Arrangement E60ZT-18TSPS/D for the provision of a Project Leader/Executive resource.
Only suppliers holding a valid Supply Arrangement under this procurement vehicle are eligible to submit a bid in response to this solicitation.
