The purpose of this RFP is to award a contract to a supplier to develop a TS that will define the core concepts for urban tree wells by providing practical guidance on design approaches and material selection that build healthy and thriving urban trees. It is intended to support practitioners in planning, constructing, and maintaining tree wells that enable urban trees to reach their full growth potential, improving their ability to deliver ecological, social, and economic benefits across communities with varying space constraints.
