Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires procurement advisory and support services on an as-and-when-requested basis. Services may include procurement strategy development, procurement planning, procurement governance support, commercial and contractual advice, vendor performance management support, analysis of alternative procurement approaches, development of procurement-related tools and frameworks, and other procurement advisory services in support of PSPC procurement initiatives.
