Mandatory site visit: Interested bidders must attend one of the mandatory site visits held on 10 November 2026 and 12 November 2026 at 10 :00 AM (ET). Meet NRC Representative at Building M-54, 1200 Montreal Road, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0R6. Bidders are only required to attend one of the two scheduled site visits.
