The Department of National Defence (DND), on behalf of the Canadian Forces Health Services (CFHS), requires one (1) Evaluation Services Consultant to provide evaluation services, statistical analysis, economic assessment and reporting services in support of the evaluation of a Virtual Reality (VR) Platform over a six (6) month period.
