9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tony Gale Professional Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these terms of service
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Professional decisions made using information from the platform

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Project Wheel shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication. For unresolved disputes, we support mediation through recognized Canadian dispute resolution services before pursuing litigation.

11. Changes to Terms of Service

Continued use of Project Wheel after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
