To oversee and monitor planning, scheduling, cost control, and change management for the commissioning and hook-up of a 6th generation drilling ship. Project valued at 8 billion. • Leading a team of schedulers, estimators, reporting coordinators and cost engineers • Accountable for schedule development and implementation, management of change, resource profiles and cost forecasting • Human resource management, including development of reporting processes, timesheets, and calendars for multidisciplinary trades. • Stewardship reporting on Earned Value Metrics, Change Management, direct and indirect resources, and schedules.
