Underground Piling and Civil Works Program

A comprehensive civil works program involving underground piping installation using 3”–42” steel and 6”–24” HDPE systems. The scope included a piling program exceeding 5,000 piles across multiple foundation types. Directed site-wide civil works including roads, structures, and utilities. Led forecasting, scheduling, cost control, and contractor coordination for the entire civil construction phase.
