Trans Mountain Expansion Project (Spread 6 & 7A)

One of Canada’s largest infrastructure projects, the $34B Trans Mountain Pipeline Expansion. • Managed 150+ subcontracts and purchase orders covering fabrication, modularization, engineering, logistics, transportation, and site services. • Led the full subcontract lifecycle including RFP development, bid evaluation, commercial analysis, contract negotiation, award, and administration. • Ensured compliance with Canadian Energy Regulator requirements and Indigenous community commitments. • Advised project leadership on contract interpretation, commercial risk exposure, and dispute resolution. • Coordinated with project teams across multiple locations to maintain commercial alignment and schedule objectives. • Facilitated contractor kickoff meetings, commercial progress reviews, and issue resolution throughout contract execution.
