The Syncrude Mildred Lake Capital Portfolio consists of six concurrent capital projects valued at approximately $350 million, including tailings, water pipeline, and communications infrastructure. These projects are delivered under the EMCAPS stage-gate model. • Directly led project controls for 6 concurrent capital projects (~$350M total). • Owned multi-discipline cost profiles across Civil, Structural, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation scopes. • Directed a team of cost and schedule specialists; produced CoSE estimate packages and executive summaries. • Managed change control, earned-value performance, and manpower/FTE forecasting.
