An industrial expansion project at Lafarge requiring extensive materials management and site services coordination. • Developed materials management strategy delivering over 3,300 truckloads of materials and equipment. • Implemented web-based systems utilizing RFID, bar-coding, and GPS technologies for tracking. • Oversaw warehouse operations including a 22-acre off-site yard and five remote warehouses. • Directed a team of five direct reports and fifteen indirect reports to ensure on-time delivery.
