To oversee and monitor planning, scheduling, cost control, and change management for the commissioning and hook-up of a 6th generation drilling ship. Project valued at 8 billion. • Leading a team of schedulers, estimators, reporting coordinators and cost engineers • Accountable for schedule development and implementation, management of change, resource profiles and cost forecasting • Human resource management, including development of reporting processes, timesheets, and calendars for multidisciplinary trades. • Stewardship reporting on Earned Value Metrics, Change Management, direct and indirect resources, and schedules.

2017 to 2019 Lead Scheduler Kingfisher and Red Fox Projects Primary Responsibility- To develop and implement turnaround schedules for 84 projects on 48 and 65 day maintenance periods. Encompass all Phases, Early Planning Pre-Shutdown, Turnaround, Startup and Post for Capital Projects for all Capital Expenditure and Maintenance work. Project totals valued at 385 million and involved 3500 Contractors

• Reviewed and approved all work scope packages for 37 projects including Capital Projects, Capital Expenditure, and Maintenance • Reduced the overall turnaround Critical Path by 8 shifts equating to $39 million in cost savings and production time • Developed the Contracting Strategy including the Master Site Agreements (MSA’s)
